Wellness: Our Top Priority

We need to take a minute of your time to let you know that we're taking this current crisis very seriously, and we also want to let you know what we're doing to maintain everyone's wellness during these stressful and ever changing times.

Wellness has always been a top priority here at Motor Works.  Whether that be the wellness of your vehicle, our staff, or even you as a person - it's all important to us - and it all matters even more right now. We want you to be certain your car will be ready, and able, to get you where you need go, when you need to go there.

Below we've listed out just a few of the things we're already doing to keep things running as smoothly as possible.  If you have any suggestions (about ways we can help put minds at ease when bringing in a car for service, or just in general) please don't hesitate to give a call into the shop at: 301-424-2800, or, send over an email to: [email protected] - we always welcome constructive feedback and look forward helping shape our new "normal" with our Motor Works Family.

> We've stepped up our disinfecting game & will be wiping down all the cars we service with disinfectant wipes upon arrival into the shop, as well as upon exit (just before we give it back to you).

> We've also seriously increased the number of times per day we sanitize the front office, as well as made it possible for each client use a new pen for their paperwork (which they are asked to take with them - yay gifts!).

> Our employees are all encouraged (and empowered with a generous *paid PTO package) to stay home if they feel ill, or should they need to take care of a loved one (or "tiny human") due to illness (or not).

> We will offer to provide complimentary vehicle pick up and delivery service upon request (we'll need some notice though - especially for those clients who live further a field).

Our usual line of "no worries" just isn't appropriate at this time, but we'd really like everyone to know that we're thinking about them & are here (from a safe social distance) should they need a thing (car related or not!), because "We care, we just do".

Here's a link to a video on YouTube, starring our Founder, president, and CEO - Greg Skolnik to our Motor Works family regarding Covid-19.

Best Wishes for Safe Travels,

Team Motor Works, Inc.
