I've been taking my car to Motor Works since 2010, when I moved back to the DC area. I needed a mechanic for a beloved '97 Acura, and found Motor Works highly recommended on the old Car Talk Web site. Over the years Greg's team has treated my car and me consistently with great care and respect. They take time to explain what work needs to be done and never fail to make me feel valued. When it came time for me to part with the Acura recently, I didn't hesitate to continue my relationship with Motor Works by taking my Toyota to them. The Motor Works team gives me peace of mind that my car is safe and in top working order, and that they're providing my family and me with excellent service that's of great value.

The day of shade tree mechanics has ended. Professionalism in concert with technological expertise and a philosophy of establishing customer relations based on honesty, credibility, and reliability count mightily. That is why Motorworks has established the broadband reputation that they enjoy. Extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. In and out in 35 minutes for my first oil change, talked about my uses for the car and putting together something of a maintenance plan. New to the area and therefore Motorworks, but will be going back for sure!

They changed fluids, checked the tires and did everything that needed to be done. Moreover, they picked up my car and brought it back after service!

Nobody does it better... There’s no place else I’d trust with my car’s needs. Anytime I have an issue with my 2005 Honda Accord, Motorworks is very responsive to get my car in and looked at. They have kept it running well and I expect it to be on the road for many more years. Plus, I always enjoy a visit in the shop to chat with Sara and Paul (or by phone). I’ll never purchase a car that Motorworks won’t service!

We have been coming to Motorworks for almost 30 years and are constantly wow’d by the high level of service we’ve received time and time again. The repair work is outstanding and the staff are wonderful people. I’m thrilled they now service Subarus so all our cars are under their care!🎉

If I could rate MotorWorks with more stars I would, for it is simply "The Best Car Care Company!" Not only because they are honest and trustworthy, professional to their very core, but they are a company with a heart. "Kindness, Caring and Compassionate," the mantra of their customer service belief system, is embraced whole heartedly by everyone who works there, and which I experience time and time again. During this weird and discombobulating year of "The CovidVirus," where it is easy to think we are all at daggers drawn with each other, the warmth of human kindness expressed by Greg, Sara, Paul and the rest of the team, renews and confirms my faith in the essential goodness of humanity. Especially true for me, as earlier this month my catalytic converter was stolen from my Toyota Prius. A shocking, surprise! But thanks to you, MotorWorks for your technical expertise, compassionate care of me and my Prius, and for renewing my faith in human kindness.
