In and Out in under 90 Minutes… I just want to thank the staff for taking me at 3:00 on a Thursday for an emergency muffler replacement. The staff had me in and out in under 90 minutes!!! Thank you so much!!!

Makes a lot of sense… I'm so glad you decided to replace all the dashboard bulbs at once. It makes a lot of sense to not have to pull that dashboard out again for another 12 years! Thanks!

Others are fighting hard for second place… We just bought a new 2013 Civic and it too will be serviced by you guys to the standards of excellence that we have come to expect. All others are fighting hard for second place. (when asked how we could improve) Open up on Fridays so the rest of the locals could avail themselves of quality and excellence in service.

Not sure what would happen without you… I was an unscheduled appointment that day since my engine light went on and my car was bucking a little. Mike said "come on in" and I am so thankful that he did since my oil was low. Dave showed me how/told me how often to check the oil and where to add it if needed. Honestly, I am not sure what would have happened to my car without you all that day. Thank you!! PS: I hit 199,000 miles yesterday!

My brother works on Hondas and told me what to expect. Motor Works told me exactly what my brother had said. The staff member listened and responded to my needs and I feel that the price was a fair reflection of the work involved.

I have been going to Motor Works for the past few years and I would highly recommend them. Motor Works does a very professional job and they do not pressure you into getting service. I normally take advantage of the free ride to the metro, but because my car was going to be in the shop for three days, they provided a loaner car.

Motorworks feels like a part of my (automotive) family, I can trust the front office staff, their superior technicians, and their integrity completely. I don't worry about my car anymore because I know I can trust them to do that for me. Top Flight work, reasonable prices, high quality service - What more could you want? Well, you could want Dave & Tom & Gregg. They take care of me as if I were part of their family and that is incredible these days. Their picture is listed under "superior customer service" in the dictionary. What else? Oh, yeah. Honda dealerships send the repairs they cannot handle to Motorworks. Why not skip the middleman?
