I had a pleasant experience recently at Motor Works. The brakes on my car were squeaking and vibrating and I had a long out of town trip coming up in two days. Sara was able to accommodate me into the schedule and she and Paul followed up with a complete diagnostic of the car with a few recommendations about what needed to be done, and all the work was done and the car was ready by the evening before my trip. My 1000+ mile trip was squeak free. Very happy with the work done, and my overall experience there.

Car had a serious rain leak. They kept it for a week to clean out blockages that caused the leak and to dry it thoroughly.

They were able to fit me in and provide me with a loaner car. As I am in the middle of a family health crisis, I really appreciated this extra effort. Motor Works staff are always friendly and customer service oriented.

They've maintained our Acura's and Toyota's for years and the service is always completed on time and with no follow-ups ever necessary. A great staff even during COVID times with no-contact car pick-up and return at no return to help avoid COVID-19 for high risk clients. You can't do better.
