They provide excellent service, keep track of your records, and will not try to sell you service you do not need. We’ve used them for the last 25 years and never had a reason to go back to correct something. When my tires got cupped the tire shop said I needed four new shocks. Motorworks found the car was just out of alignment and saved me $1,200 dollars. They also alerted me to a cooling system defect and extended warranty for my sister’s Civic that saved her an expensive repair and they don’t even service her car! Motorworks costs the same as a dealer shop but are far superior in workmanship, honesty, and in going the extra mile!!

These people are the best. Great customer service. Nuff said. I even offered Sara a consulting gig to review and improve CS at my businesses.

Motor Works is my car family. They have provided me with quality service and car care for over 20 years. When I moved to North Carolina several years ago, they diagnosed my car over the phone after a disastrous visit to a local dealership. They were able to find a mechanic in my new area that properly fixed the car. I moved from Maryland to Florida 18 months ago but am very happy to have the opportunity to bring my car back for servicing.
