Very friendly staff. Provides a ride home or loaner. They sent me a $25.00 birthday coupon. They also give out water bottles and reusable bags. I believe they are honest with their work and prices.

We cannot recommend Motor Works more highly! Their customer service is outstanding - friendly, responsive, professional every time. They do superb work. If you have a Honda or a Toyota, there's no other place to go!

My wife and I are so glad we found Motor Works!!! They are superb mechanics, excellent communicators, honest and friendly. In other words, Motor Works is very unusual and unlike so many other car repair shops. Hats off to Motor Works and the outstanding staff who make it special.

The staff is very welcoming and informative. Motor Works is very accommodating with appointment changes. I get details on what was done and why things need to be repaired.

Where else could you have two (2) vehicles serviced out in a single day! Less than 5 hours passed before we brought the vehicles home. Timely service, quality care all in concert with technical expertise, impressive attention to detail and tenacity.
