Excellent service at a reasonable price. This shop was recommended to me for my Toyota. It exceeded my expectations. 4 stars for repairs/friendliness, minus one for bad cleaning. MotorWorks staff was very polite and friendly. They did a great job of repairing my broken window (It has been smashed in). However, when I received my car I didn’t really inspect it that closely, but when driving home I noticed there was still a big piece of glass in the cup holder. If they missed this big piece I figured I should look a little harder, and found a few shards on the back carpet. I went to vacuum what I thought were maybe like 4 small shards from the back carpet, but when I lifted the carpet and looked under my driver seat it was practically untouched with a ton of glass under there. Clearly the car wasn’t cleaned very well after repairs. I feel like the dealership does a better job of cleaning the cars and even washes the outside (which also wasn’t done here).

Mr. Fortes, we're sorry to hear you were less than thrilled with our clean up of your Civic. We did try to get as much of the glass as we could (which can be a bit tricky when a window has been shattered like it was) but it seems we must have missed some, and are truly sorry to hear you were less than impressed with our work. I've been going to Motorworks since I bought my first Honda in 1984, almost since Greg opened! Without fail they have offered exemplary car service but to me, just as important, superb customer service. They always put the customer first. They are friendly, helpful, informative and fair-priced. I absolutely trust their service recommendations. I've only had two cars since 1984 because Motorworks maintains them so well I can't find an excuse to buy a new car! I wouldn't service my car anywhere else.

Motorworks is keeping my Odyssey and Camry running well for many years. The shuttle service is very helpful and convenient. The staff are highly professional and very engaging.
