TIre pressure low light went on, and they got me in, fixed it quickly for a very reasonable price, and sent me on my way quickly. Motor-Works has cared for our family's Hondas since 2002 ... going above and beyond is their only way of working! From opening up in the middle of an office paint job to replace a flat for me, to repairing my daughter's Honda the insurance company wanted to declare a total loss, these folks are the experts - not just in the technical aspects of repair service but in the outstanding values that create literally a family legacy. We wouldn't consider any other place, or any other brand, largely based on how these people care for all of us! Simply unmatched, anywhere!

They have been the most excellent and great service in all my years of service with them. I’ve had my cars taken care of about 10 years and we are going continue for many years to come.

I would not trust my Honda with anyone but the wonderful employees at Motor Works. Their customer service is unmatched and their quality of service is top notch.

Motor Works is the best in the business! I happily drive out from DC to have my Acura worked on because nobody does it better than Motor Works. Incredible customer service and extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy in their work on the car. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been taking my car to Motor Works since 2010, when I moved back to the DC area. I needed a mechanic for a beloved '97 Acura, and found Motor Works highly recommended on the old Car Talk Web site. Over the years Greg's team has treated my car and me consistently with great care and respect. They take time to explain what work needs to be done and never fail to make me feel valued. When it came time for me to part with the Acura recently, I didn't hesitate to continue my relationship with Motor Works by taking my Toyota to them. The Motor Works team gives me peace of mind that my car is safe and in top working order, and that they're providing my family and me with excellent service that's of great value.
