Above and Beyond! That's how far the Motorworks staff will go to provide service to their customers! During this difficult time when many of us are busy online at home doing our jobs, the Motorworks staff literally provided door to door service to me. They sent Paul out the night before to pick up my car and leave a loaner. The day of servicing they were promptly in touch with me when the servicing was completed and sent Josue, with my car, to my home safe and sound. Incredible, competent, convenient and friendly service! Thank you! On another day this week, Sara bailed out a family member when her battery was dead and she could not get into her car. She promptly called us back on her day off and shared the secrets of a new key fob which enabled her to get into her car. Who knew??? Sara did! I guess hanging out with all of those dudes finally paid off.😎 Thanks Sara!!!

I have experienced that the service on my 2002 Honda Civic has always been excellent and the costs reasonable. Motor Works is quick with a diagnosis and offered me reasonable options for solutions. My Civic has been running beautifully under their care for 18 years. The CoviD-19 era service of picking up my car at my home is a major convenience and more importantly a relief of health concerns.

I have been a Motor Works customer for many years and have always been happy with the service and professionalism. But I am really impressed now. Given the current situation with the stay at home order and social distancing they were wonderful! They picked up my car from home and brought it back to my home with me never having to see anyone. Paul was terrific to deal with and so very helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Top notch Honda service facility. I first visited Motor Works after my dealer failed to fix a problem on my 1999 Odyssey after 5 visits. Motor Works solved the problem on the first visit! I have been servicing all of my Hondas there ever since. Staff is very friendly and professional. Most recent visit was on 2/24/2020 ... got loaner car, car was setviced and ready to go about 2 hours earlier than expected. Staff still friendly and professional. What more can you ask for?
