I have been a client of Motor Works for over 20 years. They are the reason I have owned three Hondas--I would never trust another shop with my car. Over the years, I have never had a problem with my car that they couldn't fix and fix it right the first time. All the people are extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly. If you want to keep your car running well and running for 200,000 plus miles, they will make that happen.

We were initially referred to Motor Works by family friends who raved about their service. We started using them and have now done so for over 12 years. This is the single best automotive service we have ever used, for multiple reasons. Most importantly, they are honest and have never led us astray in what we needed. I believe they have saved us money when other vendors would have pushed services for their own gain. The work they have done for us is always superb. They either pick you up at the Metro or give you a loaner car. Usually, they can get the car finished in the same day. They are always very friendly and provide up to date information. I've been coming here for more more than 12 years and they keep finding ways to improve what was already the best service experience I had gotten in 30 years of car ownership. The repairs are always done flawlessly the first time and the front desk employees are friendly and also know about cars, so they can explain the repairs and why they are needed. They are unlike the dealerships because they don't search for every tiny flaw and try to make me pay for repairs that I won't actually need for months. For repairs done right the first time, honesty, and folks who treat you like that would their own family but still at fair prices , this is the place to go.

Nice, friendly staff, and the waiting area is always clean. The shuttle to and from the metro is so great.

From opening up in the middle of an office paint job to replace a flat for me, to repairing my daughter's Honda the insurance company wanted to declare a total loss, these folks are the experts - not just in the technical aspects of repair service but in the outstanding values that create literally a family legacy. We wouldn't consider any other place, or any other brand, largely based on how these people care for all of us! Simply unmatched, anywhere!

Demonstrated Expertise… Thank you for your patience, perseverance and demonstrated expertise. You also score high with me for making this experience as pleasant as it possibly could be. After dealing for years with unsatisfactory work and treatment from the Honda dealership, I feel very fortunate to now place my vehicle in your hands. My only regret is that you don't work on Grand Cherokees. You got to the source of the mystery problem with our CR-V. I hope we can work together to keep this vehicle safe and reliable for several more years. Thanks again for a job well done over several days of frustration.
