Motor Works has been doing top quality work on my family's Honda and Toyota vehicles, for over 20 years. I just started taking my Subaru WRX to Motor Works for service, as they recently added Subaru to their list of vehicle specialties and mine is just out of warranty. I've been taking my 2001 Acura here for twelve years. The concern for people is genuine. These people know what they are doing and they are straight shooters.

If you have a Honda this is the only place in Montgomery county to have it serviced. Twenty plus years of outstanding service has convinced me there is nothing comparable. We have never had anything that was not fixed totally the first time around. The staff, Greg, Sarah, and Paul, are friendly and highly competent. It is obvious that they care about you as a person and about keeping your business. We spent many years working in downtown DC and knowing you car was going to be fixed right and on time made your day less stressful. The drop of and pick up service at the Metro makes it easy to work in the city. The loaner car program has worked perfectly for me now that I am retired. Don't let anyone tell you there is better Honda service in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area. It just aint so.

Motor Works has consistently provided excellent service for our family cars for many years. Their prices are fair and we have never had problems with their work. The car is ready when promised. They will give you a ride to the Rockville Metro Station and a loaner car is often available although you may need to schedule ahead. Motor Works will call to keep you updated on the how the car work is progressing. They will also take the time to discuss any concerns you have about the car. As long as you have a Honda, Toyota or Subaru ( the brands they work on) you have top notch service available to you at Motor Works.

They are personal in their attention and have taken good care of our cars for years.

Friendly staff, excellent mechanics, amazing service. MotorWorks has flexible schedules for appointments, provides great communication with their service and status updates on your car and they treat you like family. I wouldn't take my Honda Civic anywhere else! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
